assisted in the transaction of everything from studio apartments to apartment
buildings.
He managed Newbury
Street Associates in 1993 and part of
1994, at which time he moved to Boston Realty Works. From
that point through 1997, Joe was the top sales broker
at that company, managing their Fenway office

both for outstanding sales volume.

the local real estate market is demonstrated by

In addition to keeping
his buyer and seller clients apprised of current
market trends and the latest listing
information, he is also able to leverage his
commitment to internet technology by using
innovative analysis and e-marketing techniques as well as
making sure that the properties he represents
are advertised on the most widely viewed real
estate web sites.
Says Joe, “I owe you,
among other things, complete confidentiality,
loyalty, and diligence. It is my
obligation to give you my very best advice, to
negotiate strongly in your best interest, to be
protective of your time and privacy, and to be
proactive and diligent in purchase or sale of
your property.”
Joe
has lived in Boston since 1976,
and has witnessed the many huge changes our city
has undergone. In1980, he graduated the Berklee
College of Music with a Bachelor’s degree in
applied performance on the guitar. During the
1980s and 1990s, he performed with a variety of
local jazz, R&B, and original rock ‘n roll
bands. During that time, he played in more clubs
than he cares to
remember. |
