Still waking up from the holiday season, the market’s number of open houses is relatively low. Sellers are preparing for the 2014 market, and supply is still tight right now, but new condos and single family homes for sale do still come on the market so it’s worth taking a look. If you are in the market, I suggest getting into new properties early. It’s a good idea to go in with an experienced broker who can advise you and prepare your offer so it can be presented, negotiated, and managed properly, with the best chance of success. So please do get in touch. If you attend by yourself, please remember to sign my name in with yours.
