Everybody has different preferences...
I've  worked with my buyer clients in many different ways. If you live in Boston, you may (or may not) want to take it slower initially (If you're from out of town, you may want to skip to the relocation section.).

• If you want, look thru the listing search here on this site. Feel free to mark off or save your favorites and send me any properties you'd like to see.
  

• Start looking, if you want, by going to open houses. Once again, I can get you early notification of all the Boston open houses in the area. You can either do this at your leisure, or I can make suggestions and even accompany you.
  
  
• Make an appointment with me. It's good to work with one Boston real estate agent, since I can learn your needs, likes and dislikes. Plus I have access to literally all listings in Boston from several sources, whether it's from another company, a for sale by owner, or even if it's just something I know of through my network that hasn't hit the market yet.
  
  
• I am here to help you find the best property for you as opposed to selling you on a particular property. I am prepared to show you as many or as few properties as that entails. Happy clients are the basis for my success. Here are some client endorsements.
  
  
• We can avoid redundant viewings, and I can make sure you get into appropriate properties in a timely fashion. It's much more orderly and time efficient than doing it yourself. Plus you will never have to wait for a return phone call from a seller's agent again.  
           
  
•  I will make appointments for all properties we are going to see, and for our initial viewings, we can see as many as four per hour. Here in the downtown neighborhoods, we generally do showings accompanied by the listing agent, so we will have a solid schedule to keep.
  
  
• My experience will help you sort through whatever sales pitch the listing agent has thrown our way. My analysis experience will help you make a better choice.
  
  
• We can re-visit properties we have further interest in.
  
  
• Since I'm familiar with the inventory, I can more effectively sort through what's out there and help you decide what to see. I can also sometimes preview properties I haven't seen.
