Boston is a beautiful city...
and a wonderful place to live, with great neighborhoods, wonderful people, food, and shopping. It's one of the cultural, business, and financial capitals of America. It's a Mecca for education and medicine.
You already know that. That's why you (or a loved one) are relocating here.
But I know it can seem a bit daunting
if you are moving here from elsewhere. Our cruel joke of a street system, different neighborhoods, mass transit, getting around, where to keep your car, do your shopping. It can all be a little overwhelming.
Plus our somewhat byzantine Boston real estate purchasing process can be a little...um...different from elsewhere. What's a P&S anyway? And the prices?? Agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers....
