In this COVID environment, we also want to give buyers the tools to view virtually so they can decide whether to actually view in-person, or even to buy "sight-unseen". 

And it is vital to have an awareness that what comes out of your mouth during a showing can have consequences down the road. Additionally, I or if necessary, one of my team always show your property. I do not use lockboxes and do not hand off keys.
