Condos for sale in the Fenway are mostly found in brick rowhouses or midrise buildings, and are generally less expensive than in the adjoining areas such as the upscale Back Bay and South End. There is also The Pierce, which is a fully-amenitized luxury high-rise. It is also very close to the Longwood Medical area, which is a driver of the real estate market here. There are also numerous new restaurants, bars, and clubs in the neighborhood, and it is not the sleepy backwater that it once was.
