About Somerville

Somerville was once known as the poor cousin of Cambridge. Today, all that has changed. Somerville has tons of restaurants of all descriptions, great shopping, and excellent transit options.

Luckily, Somerville real estate is still more affordable than Cambridge, and is vary varied in nature. Wood-frame single family and condos in rehabbed multi-family homes predominate, but there are many recently constructed condo buildings as well.

Somerville Attractions

The Somerville Theater in Davis Square built in 1914, is not only a great place to catch a film, but there is also live theater and music as well.
