Boutique Back Bay chic, this side of the Plaza.
Originally planned as a boutique hotel, the historic building at 110 Arlington Street in Bay Village is being converted to five luxury condo residences. A townhouse in the city. This structure was used to store film in the era of the silver screen. The architecture and interiors of Arlington House are designed by award-winning Boston-based design studio, Hacin + Associates. The five distinct residences of 110 Arlington Street offer contemporary luxury living spaces with a curated selection of materials and finishes, and sophisticated detailing throughout.
The residences at Arlington House are created with an eye for contemporary design, with the style, comfort, and expansive dwelling spaces desired for modern living. Originally built in 1931 for commercial businesses, offices, and storefronts for the area’s best carpenters, artisans, printers, and variety of tradesmen, the building’s interior space allowed for creating a truly boutique luxury development with each of the five residences having its own unique features. The historic façade retains its original brick, with newly pointed stonework and Juliet balconies, while the contemporary addition at the upper levels signals the building’s revitalization as part of 21st century Boston. From dual-level living to floor-through units and outdoor terraces, the individual character of each home and the location in the heart of the city distinguishes Arlington House among Boston’s luxury residences.
