The Lincolnshire is a boutique style concierge building in Boston's Beacon Hill. It started out life as a residential hotel, became an apartment building, and in 2005, was converted into condominiums.
The building configuration provides for lots of "corner" units with great light and views of the city, the river, and the State House. It has a common roofdeck that will make you very popular with your friends on July 4th.
The Lincolnshire is very well located, close to the Boston Common, Boston Public Garden, and the best restaurants and shopping that Beacon Hill has to offer. It's great for folks that work downtown, at Mass General Hospital, or go to school at Suffolk University or Suffolk Law. It's also perfect for a second, in-town home. Convenient to the T, theaters, all highways, transportation, and Logan Airport.
Pets are welcome with some restrictions.
