Minot Hall Boston

The condos at Minot Hall in Boston's South End are a combination of three buildings. The first is a rehab of the Smith Block, which used to be an antiques center. It's a 19th century building with very high ceilings, rehabbed for contemoporary condos. The other two are new-construction buildings. Minot Hall is located on Washington Street near some of the best restaurants in the city, such as Toro and Stella. It's popular with Boston Medical Doctors and Residents, as well as other downtown professionals.
