The Factory at 46 Wareham Street is a new mixed-use project under development in Boston’s South End. Incorporating the facade of an existing three-story, 19th century brick warehouse, the project comprises new steel construction including an expanded footprint with the addition of three new floors and on-site underground parking. The historic structure’s brick facade will be preserved, while the new steel structure introducing the top three levels will be designed with metal facades. Units range is 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and penthouse.
