#BostonRedevelopment #BostonRealEstateAir rights changes have been proposed for theBostonSouth Station redevelopment project planned by global real estate developer Hines and China-based real estate company Gemdale Corporation, according to BLDUP.com.The Notice of Project Changewasfiled on July 29th with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA). While the plan is still to construct three buildings with a mix of office, hotel, retail, and residential components, amajor changeproposed isadding another 589,000 square feet of residential space and another 140 parking spaces.The first phase of the constructionthe towercould begin in 2017. That phase is expected to be completed in four years. It isn't clear yet whether the residential component will be condos or rental apartments.
