The property closed for $146.5 million.The hometo the Boston Design Center, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Emulate Inc., and Ginkgo Bioworks, it will soon become Reebok's world headquarters as well.As the name Drydock wouldimply, the address is a waterfront property. It is locatedon the fringes of the Seaport district.
