A proposed residential rental complex in South Boston has been approved to change to a condo development, according to Boston Real Estate Times. The request to alter the status of 340 West Second Street was made in July, and in August the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) agreed.The number of units29remains the same, as does the number of parking spaces and the building's mass.
