No renovations had been done on the building since 1975, and the last time it sold was for $68,300 in March of 1977.Soon after, Renaissance Real Estate Investments began an interior demolition. The building, converted into 3 luxury condos, is due for completion this month.Two of the units are 3 bed 3.5 bath homes, and the third is a 2 bed 2.5 bath home.
